All Solvay Students currently pursuing a Master Degree are eligible to apply.

Please note that half of the place (12/25) are reserved to investors of the Investment Fund.

Each selected applicant will be asked to pay a 90€ fee  (include transportation, accomodation, breakfast and lunch)

Founded in 1920, by The Banque Industriel d’Alsace et de Lorraine , Banque de Luxembourg is one of the most important financial institutions in Luxembourg.

They main sector of activity are : Private Banking , Professional Banking , Asset Management and Businesses .

they are a wholly owned subsidiary of Crédit Mutuel-CIC via the Crédit Industriel et Commercial (CIC). CIC serves around 4.97 million private, professional and corporate clients.

In Luxemburgish Spuerkeess, in French Banque et Caisse d’Épargne de l’État, is the leading national financial institution founded in 1856. BCEE is a commercial bank wholly owned by the Luxembourgish State.

Nowadays, it provides all the functions of a commercial bank, including retail banking and private banking. In terms of total assets BCEE is the third-largest bank in Luxembourg and the largest bank with domestic capital.

The LuxSE is based in Luxembourg City .

The Luxembourg Stock Exchange specialises primarily in the listing of international bonds, in which it ranks first in Europe with 25,831 debt securities listed as of August 2016.

To this day, Luxembourg has maintained a dominant position in European bond issues with approximately 40% of all cross-border securities in Europe listed in Luxembourg.

In September 2016, LuxSE became the first stock exchange globally to introduce a platform for green financial instruments – the Luxembourg Green Exchange (LGX). LGX gathers issuers that dedicate 100% of the raised funding to green investments.

ING is a Dutch multinational banking and financial services corporation.

The company is born in 1991 of the merger of two Dutch financial institutions : Nationale Nederlanden et NMB Postbank Groep.

ING LUXEMBOURG is born in 2003 for the merger of two entities of the ING Group : Crédit Européen SA et ING Bank (Luxembourg) SA.

The bank is focused on 3 major pillars : Retail banking, Private banking and corporate banking.

The Bank is now one of the main employer in the country.

Kneip was founded in 1993 by Bob Kneip.

They are an industry leader in data management and reporting solutions for the investment and insurance industry.

The company is working with a new digital platform which allow their customers to fulfil all their regulatory and market demands in one place, significantly reducing time, resources and costs.

The Lombard International Assurance was founded in 1991 and now with more than €44.9 billion in Assets under Administration (AUA) as of 30 June 2019, the Lombard International group has become a global leader in developing life assurance solutions for wealth planning, structuring and management purposes.
It is part of the European Investment Bank group.

With its head office in Luxembourg, the company has proven to be the market leader in its niche sector.

Luxembourg for Finance (LFF) is an agency to promote and develop Luxembourg’s Financial Centre. The agency is a public-private partnership between the government of Luxembourg and the Luxembourg Financial Industry Federation which brings together the various trade bodies of the Luxembourg financial sector, such as the Luxembourg Banker’s Association, the Luxembourg Investment Fund Industry or the Association of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies in Luxembourg.

Founded in 2008, its objective is to help develop and diversify Luxembourg’s financial services industry, position the financial centre abroad and identify new business opportunities. LFF connects international investors to the range of financial services provided in Luxembourg, such as investment funds, wealth management, capital market operations or advisory services.

The Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (LPEA) is the representative body of private equity and venture capital professionals in Luxembourg.

With over 200 members, LPEA plays a leading role in the discussion and development of the investment framework and actively promotes the industry beyond the country’s borders.LPEA provides a dynamic and interactive platform for its members to discuss and exchange information and organises working meetings and networking opportunities on a regular basis.

PricewaterhouseCoopers is a multinational professional services network headquartered in London, United Kingdom. It is the second largest professional services firm in the world, and is one of the Big Four auditors .

PwC is a network of firms in 158 countries, 743 locations, with more than 236,000 people. As of 2015, 22% of the workforce worked in Asia, 26% in North America and the Caribbean and 32% in Western Europe.
